Your college placement cell, if you are a student or your HR department, if you are a professional, also has the authority to make your account inactive as per college/ organization policies without any prior intimation

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

If, you know or suspect that anyone other than you know, knows your user identification code or password, you must immediately notify us at customer.care@skillpromise.com

Protecting Other People's Rights

We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.

We can remove any content or information you post on Skillpromise.com if we believe that it violates this Statement.
You will not post anyone's sensitive information on Skillpromise.com

If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or information on Skillpromise.com, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.

By "active registered user" we mean a user who has logged into skillpromsie.com at least once in the previous 30 days.

Individual: No refund policy, All Sales are final. There are no refunds, an overview of program benefits is provided on skillpromise.com, please read the offerings before your sign-up
